A playful, high-energy dance + flow + sound, this class is the perfect healthy date night or solo reset. Expect breath, rhythm, and movement that shakes off the mid-week ick and fuels you for whatever comes next. Sweaty, strong, and totally refreshed.

Z+T Yoga -
A full-body tonic in the form of movement and sound. We’ll begin with 45 minutes of mindful flow led by Lindsey. Designed to ground, open, and prepare your body to receive. Then Kelly will guide you into 45 minutes of immersive sound, using crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs to shift your nervous system into deep stillness. No effort, just resonance. You’ll leave feeling clear, calm, and completely reset.
