We’re all here to move, breathe, and not take ourselves too seriously. That said, a little structure keeps things flowing smoothly.

Here’s the Deal

🕰 Show Up On Time – Late entries can disrupt the vibe (and your fellow yogis). Doors close when class starts, so plan accordingly.

📵 Unplug + Be Present – Phones on silent. If you need to take a call, step outside. This is your time to disconnect.

🧘‍♀️ Respect the Space – Clean up your area, put props back where you found them, and keep conversations mindful of others.

🤫 Shhh… Or At Least Keep It Low-Key – Pre-class chatter is cool, but once we’re rolling, let’s keep the focus on the practice.

🚫 No Strong Scents – We love a good essential oil, but let’s not overwhelm the room. Keep perfumes, colognes, and strong lotions to a minimum.

💦 Sweat Happens, Handle It – Bring a towel, wipe down your mat, and if you leave a puddle behind, give it a quick clean.

👣 Leave Shoes at the Door – Literally. It keeps the space clean and the energy grounded.

🫂 Be Kind, Be Cool – Yoga is for everyone. No judgment, no competition—just people showing up as they are.
